I shut myself off. I sabotage my own success. I don’t invite people to things and if someone is busy the first time I try to make plans, I never come back to them. I need to be more open to people, and I need to avoid flaking. It’s not that they don’t WANT to hang out, I’m just not giving people a chance. This is really hard to accept but it’s so, so true. Damn.
This is a lot harder than I expected. How is it possible that I do not really like to do things? At least it makes for a great think-about-it project :)
