my husband and i played one night. the rules are basically simple. we didn’t finish because we didn’t realize how long the game can go on for. i’m curious how you figure out who wins and when the game is over.

I figure it will be thoughtful and personal (especially since I won’t get to see most of my family this year), save paper by not using envelopes, and save $ on stamps and not having to buy cards. I’m not sure if I should do it by hand or use the computer.

It seems like a great opportunity for students, educators, and volunteers, although I haven’t talked to to anyone who has actually participated. The NY Times wrote an article on it. I’m applying to be a writing coach.
