I now know the main stars in Orion and a little bit about one or two of them. I can find Sirius, the dog star from looking at Orion. Am learning the names of the stars in the constellation Ursa Major (the Plough/Big Dipper) – have learned how to pronounce Dubhe! The more I learn the more I want to learn, its so fascinating. – I especially like to find out what kind of stars they are… and I am soon hoping to recognise the planets in the sky…I have seen Venus but none of the others yet. I really enjoyed the lunar eclipse last Saturday.
