In line with my new years resolutions I am kicking this habit to the curb. I don’t think it will be to hard. I never used to drink soft drink before I meet my fiance and he drinks nothing but. It still sucks that it gets kept in the house but it’s 6pm on my first day and I am still feeling strong :)
Ok so I decided today was the day. I had been thinking about it for some weeks. I reviewed 3 camera’s that fit my criteria: Olympus FE, Canon IXUS 80 and the Panasonic lumix. I went though the cnet reviews and any other sites I could find. Then I took my knew found knowledge to camera house and talked it over with the guy. 20 minutes later I was heading home with a Pink lumix, cover and an 8 GB card.
My Grand Mother was Irish but my mother was adopted. Tracing the paperwork is going to be hard but I really need to get on my ass and get the process started.
This is my third attempt at a degree and it hasn’t been going well so far. I am 3 years in and have only passed 7 units. Not quiet a full first year. But 2010 is going to be my year, Just wait and see.
I fail a lot. May have something to do with never opening my textbooks so I am going to attempt to be prepared and read my books before semester starts. My plan is One Uni book, One book for pleasure. Will have to see if it works. I think I have 5 books in total.
Ok I have a few more specifications than that. For instance it will be digital… Umm 10 mega pixel. Other than that, I haven’t got a clue.
I cook from french cookbooks. I have a ton on french photography books. I dream of Paris. Love the French Language. Aspire to be more like the 1st french lady. Drink french champagne and yet this goal is not in the foreseeable future. It will sit here until I have the time and money. Alas one day…
Where to start. Well I guess the biggest contributer to my tardy appearance would be my weight. I would say I am at least 40 kilos over weight. Some where along the line it just gets to hard to dress presentably as the bigger the clothes the less effort is put into design.
The second major contributer would be the that we live in a country town. Nice clothes are hard to find and a lot of it is so generic. I guess having a fiance and no job hasn’t helped either. I spend most my days in the house and see no need to go to much of an effort.
Yes it’s true, my beloved fiance has never been camping in his 28 years of existence. It boggles the mind that this is still possible in this day and age. All the same I am making it my mission to educate him. He doesn’t know it yet but for our anniversary (23rd of Dec) he is getting a 5 man tent. I know we didn’t need one this big but I figured he would be more comfortable in one he can stand up in. I am more accustomed to hike tents… but that is never going to happen with Chris.
I also bought his a little blue lantern to put in his Christmas Stocking. So soon he will have the makings of a camping kit.
