today was okay was back at collage which is always hard but at least parents are off my back i did however have a few of my boyfriends fris from macdolands and two rice crakers with cheese and apple jam which i did not need but other than that i was good i had a raw carot,one small baked dough ball and homemade chinese vegetalbe stirfry, and of course my diet cokes and green tea and loads of water.
also someone today said that i was looking slimmer yay for me keep it up and remember fridge pickers wear big knickers haha

today was good again i did not eat from 6.30 yesterday until 2.30 today when i had half a mug of soup with some croutons then i had a sandwicth with bri at 6 ish but i did have loads of diet cokes during the day and 4 olives

from today im starting lossing weight i decided not to go stright to fasting as last time i just gave in straight away so im starting slowly and hopefully i will get there today i had a small cup of soup and a sandwhich as i was at work and felt faint
