How I did it: took a day trip across the Mackinac Bridge, saw Tahquamenon Falls, swam in Lake Superior at Whitefish Point (also trying to swim in all 5 lakes this week)...then went to Musning to catch the "sunset" Pictured Rocks cruise. Managed to snag a pasty close to Newberg...it was good, but really reminded me of a dense beef pot pie Read how I did it…
How I did it: Started at Kittitinny Point, hiked to Sunfish Pond via the Green trail...returned on the AT back to the lot. The Green trail was beautiful! Next to the creek for a good portion. Some crossings were a bit...moist. But fun :) Read how I did it…

Saw a sign for something related to the Erie canal and pulled over on the side of the highway to figure out where it was in relation to me…I was only a few miles away, so i went and drove over it…would have been more fun if i could have remembered the Erie Canal song while driving.
Also saw some signs and an old lock as i continued down the highway.
Drank from a spring at Stone Mountain…it was kinda nifty. I was damn thirsty, so i loved it !
