How I did it: The Martha Beck book about finding your North Star is nice, and something that I have read every once in awhile to refresh my mind a bit. I figured it out by relaxing more, really thinking about what I enjoy, and what is holding me back. I still need to follow through, but at least have a goal! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had very bad knots in my neck from working at a computer and never knowing how to sit- it really helps to have a real person see what you're doing wrong instead of just reading about it online. (In the end, my seat was too flexible, too high, desk was way too high, screen was way too high.... I feel a lot better!) Read how I did it…
How I did it: Miu Miu! Looked around forever, especially on trips to Italy. Found some that I liked but didn't reeeeallly like and hence, didn't spend the money. In the end, I found one that I like at Miu Miu- don't love everything about it because it's a touch too big, but my bank card fell out of my old one on a regular basis so it became an emergency.
