...not giving in to cravings for chocolate, etc. No coffee or coke. Not stopping at a petrol station and buying pasties, crisps, chocolates, drinks, buns and then eating them in the car when I’m actually full because I’ve just had breakfast.
I’ve managed it for 4 weeks, just have to keep going – really want this to be a new way of living (eating).

Got focussed on this one and it went well. Had many moments of craving (there’s a big slab of chocolate in the cupboard) but managed to hold back. To be honest, I don’t even fancy chocolate much any more.

...in order to overcome an addiction. Embarrassed to share it, even here. Will work on a strategy until the end of the month to try and get into a new mode of behaviour – 1. daily mental focus on the problems of not overcoming it, and 2. find alternative activities and do them instead.
If I don’t keep to my pact, I’ll post all the details here on 43T. This needs to last, so that holds forever.
