...of recording sleep patterns, I’m looking at an average of 6hrs/night varying between 4hrs and 8hrs. The one real pattern I have noticed is that a 4hr night tends to follow an 8hr night, and that’s because I’m feeling good on the previous night’s sleep so I stay up later (usually working). Of course, this makes the next day a lot harder and I probably lose any working time to tiredness that I gained the previous night…. It would probably be better for me to get things more even, so I’m going to continue to record my times, but try to get to bed before midnight.

I do this for a while, but if I have one cup again I start craving it and I know too much messes with me and stops me getting to sleep. So I’m giving up altogether.
I’ve decided February is a much better month to start trying to stick to things. So tomorrow I’ll meditate, and I’ll see if I can make it through the whole month.
