How I did it: I just slowly tried to participate/get involved in many activities, going out with people that I wouldn't normally hung out with, talking to people that I wouldn't talk to normally, doing exercise that I normally wouldn't do, etc. I intend to continue this way of living because otherwise you aren't really living, you're just existing. How I did it: I think it depends on the person how you came to this goal, how you solve it etc....but with me I just knew that I was ruining my own life with my thoughts. I used to take everything personally and very seriously too lolSo I "seriously" investigated about this. I went to a hippie village and saw a famous phychic. I asked my friends. I saw a tarot reader. I practiced zen and reiki. I read books, thought about a lot… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just had to correct my thoughts whenever judgmental thoughts came up. Byron Katie's book helped greatly in achieving this. It helped me accept the reality for what it is, not what I want to see/believe. The key here is not to be judgmental of your own self - let the thoughts flow and ask yourself "Is it really true?" and if you turn the sentence around - often replacing it with "I" works - the reality is so much easier to ac… Read how I did it…

I’ve pulled out Simply Budget software that I purchased long time ago & didn’t like. After Simply Budget I tried a couple of different money managing methods including my own excel spreadsheet etc and learnt that Simply Budget is superior system and found that the reason why it didn’t click with me initially is because I was using it incorrectly… so I started again and this time the set up was smooth (because I’ve done it before) and I have a really good feeling about it. It’s definitely going to help me spend less than I earn in a fun way. So looking forward to sticking with it!
