I just finished my blanket. A picture of it is on the top of the page in the “gallery” section of this goal, because I am not very technological and couldn’t figure out how to add the image to my post. Totally hard and took forever, but worth it!

My test said I was 15.5, and trust me, I am more than a wee bit older than 15. But, I will be doing the program anyway, because it sounds like a fun way to get healthier.

First Week= Strength training!

I’m going to try balancing a book on my head for 30 minutes a day. Think this will help? Or just be absurd?
