How I did it: I wrote entries on this goal every night... remembering all events of the day... at 1st, i think for first 2 months.. it was hard to find the single happy thing in whole day... i was sooo depressed... i found myself telling to me.. no man.. see i m not at all happy today.. i can't find single thing... i have this n this problem... no. no.. i m not at all happy... but i continue writting down at least a one thing... when i was unable to lo… Read how I did it…
