Still 8 or 10 kg more to be removed.I’ve done two things:
- Followed the No S Diet (http://www.nosdiet.com/). As simple as possible, but not simpler.
- Exercised. During the months August through October I bicycled to work, 10 km each way. Now during winter I try to walk at least half an hour every day, but the weight is hardly being reduced. When snow and ice is gone again around Easter, I will start bicycling again.
