I have begun making bread, with and without yeast…has been turning out great…i love kneading dough, i experience great memories of my Nan making bread…her hands, the way the kitchen would smell…i miss that woman, Grace Alice Stokes i hope to inspire as you have inspired…
well i am very pleased to say that i have QUIT, i know this because i have had beers and cut loose in the Bar without having a craving…! and some of my friends smoke and i am not tempted…it has been almost one month, and i feel great about my accomplishment…now i will watch someone smoke and see that it is really a very nasty looking habit and very pointless…positive outcomes are my throat feels great, my food tastes great and my clothes, well they still smell like the bar, but i know i haven’t contributed to making them smell bad – plus my husband is happy, which always makes me happy – feel like a new person, a non-smoker…
