How I did it: I have a big stainless steel old-fashioned milkshake cup with abt. a 1L capacity and I just drink 2 of those throughout the day when at home... or I drink from a 1.5L bottle when I'm out, and either refill, or have more later when I get home - not hard at all - it's just water!
