How I did it: I bought a book and taught myself, but I know now that there are too many resources online that will help you more than the book I had.  Also,  there are tons of classes and almost any knitter is happy to share as long as you ask nicely. How to get a tattoo

How I did it: I have been planning this particular tattoo for over 3 years.  I needed help drawing it out, but the picture was very clear in my mind. My boyfriend is an artist and I have talked about it several times. Then, my friend got her first at a tattoo parlor near where I live. My boyfriend happened to have used this same parlor several times and was always very ahppy with the work, so I asked him to draw it out.  He did...it was fabul… Read how I did it…

Go on a road trip
The first of many... 2 years ago

I went on two road trips this year. Both were were to Louisiana, and both were to see Blue October. I went to Baton Rouge to the Texas Club on April 22nd, 2007. It was an AWESOME venue. The second was to New Orleans, at the HOuse of Blues. Again, AWESOME show, and I will totally go back to NOLA. I had a blast…next time, I need to take some friends.

Learn to knit

I learned to knit about a year ago. I just finished my favorite project so far…a purse using Fair Isle that is Frank N. Furter on one side, and the Lips on the other, and is lined with Strawberry Shortcake fabric. It is very very me, and I LOVE it. I moved back home and transferred to another store. I love the new store. The crew is awesome and the manager rocks. I have fallen in love with my work all over again! It’s wonderful!
