exercise every day for 21 days straight

They say it takes 21 days for a habit to form…..
What is the minimum amount of time to be considered exercise? 30 minutes non-stop…Sunday is my day of 30 minutes only..

form the habit of meditating daily

I think this will help me focus more and have better control of my thoughts and mind? Not really sure of the benefits, but would like to see were this leads me….

fly in a helicopter

I would like to fly over the grand canyon, niagara falls, or toronto…in a helicopter…not sure why, just think it would be a neat thing to do.
