What is the minimum amount of time to be considered exercise? 30 minutes non-stop…Sunday is my day of 30 minutes only..

I think this will help me focus more and have better control of my thoughts and mind? Not really sure of the benefits, but would like to see were this leads me….
I would like to fly over the grand canyon, niagara falls, or toronto…in a helicopter…not sure why, just think it would be a neat thing to do.
All my life I’ve been trying to loose weight. I’ve had light bulb moments…...which did not lead to any success…. so now the real hard work starts…. I have to do this everyday…for the rest of my life….and the quality and perhaps quantity of my life depends on me and what I do…..
