One day, I hope to own a pancake/breakfast house, and I would call it pancake palace. I love cooking, especially breakfast, and even more, pancakes. There are so many different kinds of pancakes! I’ve already collected recipes and have tried out a few. I’m still trying to perfect my pancake cooking ability, and I think one day, it could happen.

There is this field I drive by every night with a pond and trees. It’s always such a beautiful sight, and especially when the moon is out. So I devised a plan tonight on my way home, that I’m going to take pictures of the moon over this field every night (or clear night anyways). Then after a while, I’ll put the pictures together and form some kind of book or slide show.
Just something I can do during my spare time.
