I have felt great since I stopped eating meat. I stopped because I didn’t really eat it much anyway, thought it would be an interesting challenge, and for the health benefits. I have cheated about 5 times in the last year, having a Taco Bell taco (I had never had taco bell before) and a few random bites of my boyfriends meals. But overall, I am very content with my diet change. Sometimes it is challenging to get enough protein from other sources and aviod turning to carbs instead but I like being a vegetarian!
