The perennial problem is the on AND in dilemma…
That you need to work ON the business and well as IN it, when you’re a sole-trader/one-man-show/whatever.
And it turns out most people don’t do both well.
My solution was to hand all the business admin to someone else and focus on my skill area exclusively.
But that was after 7 years of running it all myself, which I was never really suited to.

I have been at this since 1990 – I kid you not. It’s embarrassing.
At this rate I’ll have it done by 2020 or so.
I keep reminding myself it’s not about the bit of paper…!

I don’t want to read the Bible end to end just for the sake of it, and the Lord knows I have read most of it many times, but I’m sure there are parts of the major and minor prophets I definitely haven’t read. And it bugs me that I don’t know for SURE if I have or haven’t missed bits.
I think my approach will be to study a book at a time and read it as fast thru as I can, gut then sit back to think about it as a whole.
