I got a great annual review at work today. I feel motivated and inspired to keep it up. My ideas were great and they worked wonders for my team’s performance. I will remember that I have a reason to be confident: I am great at what I do. I am. And it feels great.

How I did it: I bought a refillable water bottle and put a small post-it on it every day. Each time I got up to refill, I'd mark 1 on my post-it. At the end of day 1...I'd refilled 12 times! I average about 8 a day! Read how I did it…
I told people at work about this goal and 10 other people joined in. We all started together on April 1st and it’s been a fun way to keep yourself on task. Try to get someone else to join you and, while it won’t be easier, you’ll have support to keep going and someone to hold you accountable!
I have too many to count. They’re all wonderfully arranged on my big books shelf. I need to stop buying more and start enjoying what I have! I’ll start…as soon as I pick up (from the library) the latest book for my book club!
