When I did this last time I spent 5 hard days trying to focus on something. Now, I would just not try so hard, I will just relax and let it happen. I will commit to looking at retreats. I’ll set myself a reminder when to do it.

How I did it: I always wanted to travel and be paid well. Now I'm doing it it is good, but I must say hotels and hire cars loose their charm when you do it on your own.That's not to say I don't enjoy it. It's important for me to plan my own time when I go somewhere. How I did it: I did the fast track. 4 lessons or 3 hours each. I found turning the rear view mirror down in the car helped me practise using my side mirrors. You need to practise getting in to the habit of looking over your shoulder before changing direction or speed. Don't give up. Learn the routes in your car.
