vipassana retreat
Before 3 weeks ago

When I did this last time I spent 5 hard days trying to focus on something. Now, I would just not try so hard, I will just relax and let it happen. I will commit to looking at retreats. I’ll set myself a reminder when to do it.



cycle lands end to john o'groats
Crashed out after 200 miles with a busted knee 1 month ago

April 2009, I got as far as Bristol, cycling north. Note to others, don’t take on the hills on a long day. I knackered my knee doing it. Next time I’ll take the more gentler A30



get in shape
