How I did it: I have my sister who regularly exercises. When i moved in with her abt 2 weeks ago i started to exercise too then we turned it into a game, a friendy competition between church members to encourage them to lose the weight they want.To make things even better my sister and i are on opposite teams. All i did was go on a 10 day detox only blending fruits and veggies to drink a smoothie. I was supposed to do this 3 times a day but sometimes id skip meals cause i was so full from the first one. This also up my skin problems! During the detox i craved junk/fast food but after the fast i just wanted to eat healthy. The green smoothie diet was really worth it. My waist had gotten smaller and i got a flat stomach. i originally weighted 129 and was doing this just to clean my body out but i at the end of the diet i weighted 116-117. Now im at a steady 119-120 so i lost 10lbs.
Note:if after the 10 or however many days you are on the fast you should definately eat your way back into your old eatting habits slowly or else you will gain all that weight back and maybe more.
I’m not doing this because all it does is cut your eye muscles. Im doing natural eye surgery by improving my vision through exercises and im so happy that they are working.
