How I did it
It made me
calm, aware. 
How I did it: well i wanted to try it out for a while, and a few months/years? a friend sort of reminded me of the goal and recommended that i go to the commuinity center, and i did. and i was surprised! i thought it was going to be a bunch of silly poses, nothing too serious, but it was actually realllly hard for me! i couldn't hold myself up, but at the same time it was peaceful to be in my own mind and being aware of my body and just taking ti… Read how I did it…

How I did it: ive been planning to go since about april so i didn't spend a penny.. which was quite hard considering im a bit ofa shopaholic but i did alltogther my whole family had a bit over 5,000 dollars, we booked a package from expedia.ca, and off we went! had an amazing time. How I did it: as soon as i got to my resort in cuba the first thing i did was go straight to the beach, the view was so beautiful and the waves were strong, and the water was salty. just as i would have imagined, i was speechless. Read how I did it…
