everyday i wrestle with the insane cravings and sometimes i engage without my own permission.
i’m pledging to control this. to tell bulimia to ‘go away.’
remembering to pray consistantly.
turning away and finding something to do.
finding someone to help instead of distract.
remember allie doesn’t want to do this.

i could even splurge and have a “mommy daugther day”, as she always referred to it, and take her to a spa after a nice walk on the beach.
