How I did it: I've been doing it for 2 mounths. I decided that the standard 6o minutes, isn't quite what I needed. But I have an empty calandar and write down what physical activity I do that day. Seeing my days filled up it more gratification and knowing that I would ahve completed a certain numbers of hours.
