I have a 10 card pass & need to get my arse there. Both times I’ve gone I came home exhausted and with a migrane. Prepared by drinking tons of water and some gatorade, etc. as suggested. I’m just in bad shape and scared to feel ill after. But…it’s a challenge and does so much for me mentally as well as physically. 10 times, yo. Need to schedule it and get there. :D
I’m not sure where to start here. My weight has been up and down since I was 16…it all began with working at a fast food joint and…cough…getting the munchies…cough. I do have a child but was back to a healthy weight a year after his birth. The past 4 years have been emotionally rough and I’m a sahm…which means I’m not really on a set eating schedule, or schedule in any form, actually.
I have several things I know I need to be doing, some that I am doing and some that I just haven’t got motivated to do!
I have a 10 class pass to Bikram yoga, a treadmill and an ab roller. I’ve used the ab roller religiously since I bought it a week ago, it’s my fav piece of workout equipment ever. I also have been listening to a weight loss hypnosis cd for the past few nights.
My goal is to lose the weight over the next 6 months…so by July be at my goal weight.
