After months of sleeping during the day (1pm-8pm, yuck) I’ve finally broken the cycle. For five days now I’ve been asleep by midnight and out of bed around 7 or 8. I’ve always struggled with sleep though, so how long will I have to keep this up for it to be considered a routine? When can I consider this goal completed?

Round three of trying to quit smoking. I lasted a little over a month the first time, not even a week the second, and now I’ve been cigarette-free for three days. However, this time I am quitting because I just really don’t want to smoke anymore, so hopefully all goes well. I’m feeling pretty optimistic about it.

I quit a few months ago for a month and a week, then caved. I decided to start quitting again a few weeks ago, and only lasted a few days due to a crisis. As of yesterday, I am once again quitting smoking. Hopefully it goes well this time.
