Do Yoga at least 3x a Week
loophole 17 months ago

I stopped practicing yoga because I didn’t feel confident enough to practice without an instructor, but classes were too expensive. On Veoh however, there are entire yoga videos that you can download to your computer. I find that they are a good free alternative until I actually graduate and can afford to go to classes again. :)

if at first you don't succeed 17 months ago

I love the way my body feels when I’m vegan/vegetarian, but I can never seem to keep it up for one, ok 2 reasons:

SUSHI ROLLS and BUTTER CHICKEN

Ahh… what am I supposed to do? I fear that I will always fail unless I find an alternative to these foods… the tofu version of butter chicken just isn’t the same and I love crab rolls like my only child.

Is there a vegan alternative to crab or tuna like there is for beef?
