I haven’t had a cigarette all day! I also only smoked three cigarettes this ENTIRE weekend. Then again, I was in Washington D.C., and running busy the whole time.
Now I know, I just need to stay busy…... wish luck =)

I am doing ok with this. Cutting back is doing good. I gave myself 3 cigarettes to smoke today and have only smoked 1.
It is tough when you see someone else light one, and you want to do the same.
Definitely chewing a lot of gum!
