I just started doing and have completed a beginner’s course in Capoeira and I absolutely love it.

It is so fantastic and full of energy and life and I am learning more stuff than I ever imagined or thought possible.

speak ten languages
Unabashed Polyglottery 4 years ago

I am currently fluent in Dutch, English and Turkish. I can get by more or less in German, Spanish and French and I have minimal Portuguese and Italian (and I can read a bit of Latin).

I would like to add Mandarin, Russian and Arabic to this collection and speak at least five of my languages fluently.

Lofty goal? Yes. Impossible? No.

buy a Mac
Cute Little iBook 4 years ago

I just bought my iBook 12” G4 2 months ago and I absolutely love it! I can’t believe I never used Mac before, now I know what I have been missing out on. This has been one of the best and biggest purchases I have ever made.

I don’t do any work on my desktop anymore and me and my iBook are inseparable. It is great!

I’m already planning the next one. I’ll retire this one in a year or so and then get a blazing fast Intel Powerbook.
