how can i get up earlier?
i don’t know why 6 or 7-hours sleep is adequate for someone while i need sleep 10 hours or more.
I found a fat beauty in a episode of a popular show recently,very chubby.it’s difficult for her to run.my friend told me that it’s my tomorrow if i don’t do anything to stop my growing weight.wow!
i have a healthy diet for a long time,and i quit potato chip,fry chicken and quick-serve meal.i eat 80% full each meal .but i lack sports.i get myself a brand new environment since i removesd from home.i don’t know go where to do sports,do what kind of sports.any suggestions?
