Looking at my finances I have like $7K in debt… this is pretty high. Not sure how it got this bad but now I have to pay that down and start saving for a new car… My next steps will have to be to look at my budget again since I haven’t looked at it in months. I have to collect some money from people that owe me… and maybe I’ll pay it down slowly… Another way I spend too much money is on lunches I think… I think I should cut that down and start bringing my lunches to work. And also eating dinner too at home. Lately I’ve been eating out so much, not good for my pocketbook or my figure!!

I decided that I want to make my birthday my goal deadline. November 16. So that’s like 9 weeks. If I aim for 2 lbs per week maybe I can do it. I’m gonna have to up my excercise and change my nutrition. I sent an email to a nutricionist to see if I can get enroled in her 10 week weight loss program… I hope it’s good.

Say NO to junk! 2 years ago

This is a daily struggle for me it seems. Everyday there is an opportunity for me to go have some junk food. I did better at purposefully staying away from it yesterday. I had to go to DQ to buy a cake for my coworker and instead of grabbing a burger and fries from there I walked next door to grab a sandwich. Then at night instead of giving in to my little guy who wanted McDonald’s I took us to get grilled chicken that I had with a salad. I got some extra from there and had that for lunch… hopefully I can keep it up this week.
