I’m doing it!!!! Yayy!!! I would say at least five days a week now I am consistantly eating my fruits and veggies in one form or another. It isn’t that hard once you just start doing it!

How I did it: Losing weight takes discipline. It's not easy, but it is simple. It sounds a bit cliche, but the truth is...it really comes down to eating less and exercising more. I started by simply walking everyday. Then I progressed to the Couch to 5K Running plan and various workout videos.In addition I cut my calorie intake to about 1200 cals a day.I created a "cheat" day on Fridays for sweets and treats and allowed mys… Read how I did it…
I’m finally doing this!
I basically set aside Friday as my “cheat day”...now when I’m craving some sugary snack, I tell myself I’ll have it on Friday.
Throughout the week, I might crave something different everyday…but come Friday, I only end up eating one of those things so that has made a huge difference in the amount of sugar I am consuming!
I am pretty much not eating any sugar during the rest of the week other than natural sugars in fruits and veggies.
It took awhile, but I finally started tackling this goal! Woot Woot!!
I have now paid off the third loan. I can’t believe it. I thought I would never get through these things!!!
This last one is going to take me awhile, but I am ahead on my payments for the first time ever.
I used to feel like I was going to drown in all this debt; now it finally feels manageable. What a relief.
Praise Jesus!!
