I’ve been taking two a day every morning for the past three months. Haven’t skipped a day yet.



eat healthier
feeling weak lately 5 days ago

so here’s my plan: I’m going to try and eat more often seeing as I’ve gotten in the habit of skipping meals. I need to get used to having breakfast. Then in addition of course there will be the matter of what I have to eat. I have gone weeks without any fruits in my diet. It’s already been easy to cut out fast food while I’ve been working on saving money.

Meals at work are pretty healthy. I’ve just got to stop being so picky about it I suppose. Maybe I should suck it up and start eating fish? yuck. and eggs. but no baked beans!!!



stop daydreaming and just do it
I was thinking about doing it 1 week ago

And I did! yay. I threw a pie in my bosses face. lol It was fun. I almost didn’t do it. But it didn’t look like anyone else was going to. So it was up to me.
