How I did it: Finished uni in June, started off only looking for jobs in my field of environmental science/conservation. Not much around unless you have several years experience. Had a couple of unsuccessful interviews, and many other rejected applications. Decided that I don't mind if I don't work in this field, the most important thing is to get a full time job, so I have worked in customer service for 7 years and have plenty of experience so I start… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I purchased a latch hook kit from the Herrshners website, borrowed a latch hook tool from my mum, and started! The kit includes the canvas, all of the pre cut wool you need, the pattern, and instructions. I had done one latch hook before years ago, so the instructions were handy to remind me how to do it!I'm really happy with the end result :D Read how I did it…
How I did it: Re-read through all my lectures for the semester, as well and quizzes, and the mid-semester exam. Luckily for me, my lecturers are a bit slack and instead of writing different questions they recycled the questions from the quizzes and mid-semester exam, so most of the questions I'd seen before and remembered the answers too! So I'm pretty confident about that one! :D Read how I did it…

One thing I have considered studying is Massage Therapy – I’ve been complimented on my massages, and I think it’s the one job with human interaction where no one is likely to get angry with you! Who’s going to get mad when they’re having a lovely massage!?
I found out I can study this at TAFE and it will take one year full time or two years part time, so I will have to figure out what will suit me! Applications open in about September to start in 2014!
