I finally really started a couple of weeks ago. I started eating better, and running every couple of days. I never thought I could run a mile straight and I did today! It wasn’t so bad. I just took a trip that messed up my diet again, but I’m being careful again now that I’m back home. It’s the first time I’ve done diet and exercise at the same time. I hope I can really keep it up this time.

How I did it: I made a list of the guy I wanted in my life. The message went out into the universe and two weeks later he showed up.There's really nothing more to it, but i have a 150 character minimum. Read how I did it…
How I did it: A friend of mine that I open mic with did it with me. Singing with him on stage has helped me with my stage fright because I'm so comfortable with him. We recorded songs that we've played together dozens of times. Read how I did it…
I’d forgotten that I joined this network a long time ago until my friend today told me he was going to start making a list of dreams. I’m kind of proud to see I’ve started working on some of these dreams since then. Since I’ve joined I took voice lessons for a year…sung back-up for a year in a band..and now I duet with a singer/guitarist friend at open-mic nights frequently. Now and then I still get nervous when I need to sing by myself…but it’s getting better. Now I need to work on being able to sing in front of people I know…
