this week i’ve eatten a pint of Chunky Monkey ice cream, a medium bag of pretzel M&M’s and half a box of mint oreos.
its Tuesday night.
its a binge eatting kind of week i guess. ugh frustrating. i did run a half marathon on sunday, but thats no excuse, it should have put me WAY under on burnt calories this week, and im OVER thanks to my tasty snacks. im going to the gym at noon.
done!! At Houston Half Marathon, took me 2 hours and 31 mins (as expected). Im so glad i did it, but i dont see me doing it again any time soon. PS. it was raining the whole time!
