After two years of growing I have accepted that the “down to my butt, glorious mane” that I envisioned just isn’t going to happen. It’s to the small of my back, and the reality doesn’t match the picture in my head. I have fine hair so without layers, I have to do a lot of playing with it just to plump it up. A cut is needed here, with layers…..now I just need to get up the nerve to have it cut. How is it that most women change color, cut and style with such ease and this feels like a major ordeal?? I laugh at my weird self.
