so far ive been good. tons of vegetables today. no soft drinks. im supposed to be resting for a few days so working out is out of the question. i need to drink alot of water.
:( i have the worse self control out of anyone in the world though :( i know what im supposed to do, and i do that until i just give in and start binge eating..i cant even last one day usually :(
i was craving icecream but instead i got a bad of carrots out of the fridge and here i am…binging on carrrots!
i just hope i can do this. i cant even fit into my jeans anymore, i want to be a size 4 or less..and im starting to get too big for my 5/6- the other day i came home and my top button was undone on my pants and my boyfriend was like..hah..why is that not buttoned, and i was like :( i cant fit into them..hehehe..NEEED to fit into my cute small jeans soon.

its my favorite time of year
the leaves are changing between the most beautiful orange, yellow and reddish shades, the wind just swirls them around and around..and although the bitter cold is beginning im exicted, i think this will be a nice winter.

by achieving my goals, i think it would help me naturally be more independent..lets hope for that.

maybe 15 is a bit too much, but 10 is definately needed.
