How I did it
How I did it: I stuck with simple things, like completely eating the veggie/fruit in it's natural form or making smoothies. It really work out for me to establish a routine and food to be part of it. A lot of mind changing was involved. It's important to understand not to worship food, but that it's there to provide the body with all the goodies it need to be healthy and happy.
