How I did it: Cold turkey. I was drinking a lot of soda. And my body was telling me - ENOUGH! By 2:00 I needed a nap, I was grouchy, not sleeping at night. I stopped and started drinking a glass of milk (good for the bones!), water and tea! (Skip the sweet tea!) How I did it: I had NO experience and my boyfriend is a farmer so I was bound and determined to make something come up. Sure I killed a couple things out there, but they all came up. I paid someone to tear up the ground near our house and planted lettuce, radishes, cucumbers, carrots, strawberries, tomatoes, potatoes, corn, squash, melons and beans! Whew!
