How I did it: Firstly, it took me approximately 2 months, im not entirely sure; i don't count how long it takes to achieve my goals, i just try to keep them! Anyway, i finished the coursework by taking my time, and not doing it all at once. This way, i find i take more effort into the work, thus producing better work. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Sometime before going to sleep, i would just get a pen and on this piece of paper i would write down three things that day that had made me smile/laugh. If im honest, i didn't really get much out of it. However, at the end of the two weeks, when reading back on the things that made smile, it did make me realise the difference between important things, and unnecessary things. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The promise is personal to me, so i wont mention anything about the actual promise. However, i found that to keep my promise was much harder than i thought it would be, so it took me quite a long time to finally start keeping to my promise. I guess i learnt to keep this promise by realising that for my own sake, it was vital to keep to the promise.
