It’s like wearing your seat belt in the car…once you’re used to it, you feel strange if you forget.
Here’s a trick: floss before you brush your teeth. When you see the stuff that comes out, you will be more motivated!

Party to celebrate the fact I actually work so close to home, I can ride my bicycle there in about 35 minutes. Then a friend from work joined me last week and we had both riden our bicycles to work. A couple of more people have expressed interest—I guess they can tell how much fun I’m having on the days I ride my bicycle to work!
When we first bought our house we had been living in rental properties so I was in the habit of walking Kiki every morning and every evening. Then we fenced our backyard, had children, I started working downtown, and the walks just kind of stopped.
Recently I’ve started getting back in the habit. I keep her leash and collar next to the door with my “dog walking” sandals (it’s warm again). A quick walk down to the park with some free roaming/sniffing time in the morning and a walk alone or with the fam around the block in the evenings. We used to go for longer walks through the marsh more often but she’s getting older now, and this is a start.
That and some Glucosamine tablets (nothing fancy) have perked her up and she’s getting limber again.

Remeber: Always take two bags!
