Goals for Lent

Lent is a perfect opportunity to focus on some goals that are particularly important to me right now. I have forty days to make significant improvement on two measurable goals:

1. get in better shape
2. decrease the amount of time i spend on the internet

to get into better shape i am going to commit to two spinning classes, a yoga class and a kick-boxing class every week.

to decrease the time i spend on the internet i am going to deactivate facebook for all forty days. i will strive to use the extra time reading for pleasure and valuing my solitude.



pay more attention to yourself
the details

1. dedicate time to styling your hair everyday after you take your locs down.
2. iron/dry clean your clothes, pay more attention to your appearance in general.
3. make sure you always have something you enjoy to read
4. keep your house clean
5. don’t give others power over how you feel about yourself



be healthier - physically
Condensing of the Healthy Goals

1. Drink more water
2. Take Vitamins everyday
3. complete ALL workouts for marathon training
4. eat more vegetables
5. eat less fried food
