Actually it’s now been over 155 pounds over the course of five years. Life is totally different for me than it was when I was a big girl. I have more energy, a better love life, and can wear much cuter clothes! I will advise you that once you reach your goal weight, it is never enough. I’m still trying to reach 120 pounds now. And there is always that fear of being fat again. It’s what keeps me thin now. Good luck and remember it will be the best thing you EVER do for yourself!

Over the course of five years I’ve gone from 285 pounds to 145. I’ld like to get down to 120 so I think 130 by Easter is very obtainable. And Easter is the brink of spring, so that is my motivation! A size 4!! I’m going to try working out at least 3 days a week and restricting eating after 8 pm.
I got Mario after much research over 2 years ago. He has been the best pet I’ve ever had. I couldn’t imagine a life without him. For Christmas, I got a female Boston (Princess) and they (including my son) are the highlight of my life. They have wonderful personalities, very low maintaince and are very personable dogs. They are also very easy to train and have great temperments with kids. My bostons are part of the family. They go everywhere with us and are great entertainers! One of the best goals I’ve achieved in the past two years!
