I went to Canada last month. I didn’t want to count Canada as leaving my country, but I will this once just so I can reset the timer. I’m going to New Mexico for Thanksgiving, and making distant plans to go to Ecuador in a couple years.

How I did it: I've been working out 4 times a week in a gym-it's only been a couple weeks but I can already feel the difference, at least in the fact that I can handle cardio for longer. I've been making an effort to eat healthier meals and for snacks I've been snacking on cheerios or nuts or fruit. I've been taking vitamins as well. I still snack unhealthy sometimes and gorge on ice cream once a week (but only once a week! Big step up!) but I'm feelin… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I looked around online until I found a couple recipes. I mixed and matched a couple similar ones and went to Trader Joes and got all the ingredients for $25. I made enough food to feed them for at least 2 months, probably more. Normally rat food is $10 for a bag that will last 2 weeks and they don't even eat half of it 'cause it's just filler. They went NUTS over the food and ate WAY too much, I'll have to start measuring it out every day… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I feel like I can check this off as done. I was overextending myself at work and I was bringing the stress what-not home with me. I feel like now that I'm focusing my energy on the children instead of the "job" I'm doing great with it. I'm a preschool teacher, and some days it's impossible to not go home stressed, but I'm doing it less now. And I don't feel like I'm a lazy employee at all, I'm just not picking up other people's slack so much. Read how I did it…

I had a tamale get together with some friends and they turned out really really well. I made eggs benedict twice now and it went well. So delicious!
1. I’m eating much healthier, except for snacking. I carry healthy snacks and eat them but sometimes sugar overwhelms my mind and I end up with a candy bar.
2. I would say this part is complete. I’m going to the gym at my school and I love it. I’ve been doing cardio 4 times a week, strength training twice a week.
3. My internet hours have gone down since I started school simply because I don’t have the time for it anymore. I feel like at home I’ve been cutting down significantly.
4. This week was the craziest week ever in the history of having this job, but I feel like I held it together alright. Could always be better though.
