My goal for retirement is to own 5 pieces of rental property. I plan on purchasing my first property in 1 year; when I have my RN degree. I will continue to purchase property and use the revenue from rent to pay for the propery and use a minimal amount from my personal assests. At the time of retirement I can sell the investments and have enough money not only to retire but enough to travel extensively.

I am currently in Nursing School. I will graduate December 2010. I started in August 2007 with not one college class under my belt. I was in sales previously and had experienced success in that career. However, I had always wanted to be a nurse, and I finally pulled the trigger and went back to school. It was a tough decision; but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I am excited about the future!
