they always say life is about the journey….but i’ve mostly been focused on the destination and never really excited about the journey. its about time i focus less on the end and more on the journey.

How I did it: Practice, practice, practice. Continue renewing my intentions, track my progress. Keep focused on my goal and remembering that this life is just temporary. Desire to seek nearness to God. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I took a class ...but gave up because it was soo hard. The following year I re-took the same class but this time I studied the alphabets for a few months before the class began. I tried to attend every class. I didn't understand everything that was taught in class but never gave up. I kept trying and managed to pass my final at the end of the quarter. Now I'm in the level 2 class and can read alhamdullilah!!!… Read how I did it…
but there’s a long way to go before i’m anywhere near being proficient. After a little over a year, I’ve finally mastered the alphabets. I guess I just wasn’t devoting enough time to it. I’m in my 2nd quarter and can now read some basic words and form a few sentences. Arabic is a really difficult language to master, but with determination I’m sure it can be mastered! Wishing everyone the best in their endeavors to learn Arabic.
