in high school i ran cross country. i wasnt GREAT, but i wasnt BAD either. i’d like to be able to run again, the way i used to. i just started this week and to my dismay ive found i can barely fast walk. im able to walk a 5k at an ok pace right now so i’m aiming to be able to jog at least half a lap by the end of next week.
baby steps are just something that i’ll have to deal with i guess.

so im doing this thing called the lemonade diet. its not only supposed to help you lose weight but “cleanse” your body. a few people i know who have done it lost 18 lbs, 20 lbs, etc. the diet itself, must be kept a minimum of 10 days…yeah. thats 10 days of drinking nothing but lemonade (its made with real maple syrup, lemons, and cayenne pepper so you dont get hungry and you dont feel weak because it gives you everything you need), needless to say its been tough.
Well today is day 7 and i couldnt be more depressed with the results. i started in at 165 lbs and im at 158.5 lbs. honestly now. ive got three more days of this and all i can muster up so far is 7 measly pounds. UGH. ive gone this far though and im not giving up just yet.
right now im a size 13 (the biggest ive ever been), and last week i bought a pair of size 7 pants (the size i was when i was running cross country; i also weighed about 120). i’m not going to stop until i can fit into those pants.
so theres the gist of it. i’m 19 years old, five foot two inches, and 158.5 lbs, and a size 13.
my goal weight is 120 and a size 7.
its going to be really really hard.
